Terms and Conditions (in Simple English)

Exchange Offer means a service where you buy question banks, notes, and other study material and can exchange them later.

1. Only Printed Items Can Be Exchanged
   You can only exchange printed items like question banks and notes. Other types of goods cannot be exchanged.
2. Stamp and Date Are Required
   Each item must have both our official stamp and the purchase date. If either the stamp or date is missing, please visit us as soon as possible to get it added. Without both, the item cannot be exchanged.
3. Return Quickly
   Please return the item as soon as you no longer need it or after you finish the exam.  . If you return it late, your exchange credit will go down. The later you return it, the less credit you will get. Credit decreases in proportion to how late the return is. If you don’t return the item at time, you may lose the right to exchange it.
4. No Cash Refund
   We do not give cash refunds under any condition. However, if a refund is given deliberately (in rare, approved cases), only 10% of the item’s price will be refunded.
5. Right to Refuse Exchangea
   We reserve the right to refuse an exchange at any time, for any reason, even without explanation.
6. Exchange Credit Ledger
   If there is nothing available that you want to take in exchange, you can write down your credit in the ledger we provide. You can use this credit later.
7. Terms May Change
   These terms and conditions may change at any time without prior notice.
